Responsibilities

Purpose of the Job : Drive distribution, revenue and profitability growth through the definition and execution in partnership with sales and trade marketing of Channel strategies, ensuring overall coherence and fit of Bridgestone go to market strategy between the different channels.

Local coordination and liaison for Regional Marketing team. Responsibilities :

  • Deploy in markets under responsibility the tactical aspects of Product, Presence and Hit Rate analysis and execute actions to capitalize on the insights and opportunities resulting from the Analysis
  • Ensure consistency and fit of go to market variables between channels.
  • Manage the performance measurement of key sales KPIs.
  • Drive from a sales perspective the correct functioning of the order to shipment process.
  • Coordinate and drive local execution of sophistication and certification programs.
  • Ensure correct execution of brand image deployment in each Channel including the required adaptation to the local market.
  • Coordinate and develop the sales framework for specialized and emerging channels (Government, e-commerce, telemarketing) in partnership with sales.
  • Local owner of the assessment and development of new business models, new portfolio analysis and new solutions deployment partnering with the rest of the rest of the country management team as needed to deploy initiatives in the market.
  • Manage customer documentation including contract renewals.
  • Leverage regional strategies that take into account distinct customer needs and buying patterns, incorporating data and insights grounded in regional preferences and customer segments / channels.
  • Requirements :

  • Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing degree (a relevant graduate degree (ie.MBA) is a plus)
  • 7 years of experience in Marketing or Sales and 5 years as Manager
  • Basic excel proficiency
  • Advance english proficiency
