This position will be a steady state maintenance for customer and vendor within the region helping to ensure service levels are met while adhering to relevant data standards.
70%Process compliance, planning and execution
Under regular supervision, performs the master data maintenance requests in the appropriate tools, according to the established timelines for resolution.
Provides support and maintenance execution across one / two ERP s.
Executes Maintenance activities on Customers and Vendors Master Data objects in an ERP system, in compliance with pre-
defined data standards.
Escalates matters to Master Data Specialist and / or Supervisor when appropriate.
10%Data management, Research & Analysis, Systems and Reporting
Assist the Master Data Specialist and / or Supervisor for any data validation.
10%Process improvement and best practices
Under direct supervision on basic tasks, may provide administrative support to identify, develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
Communicates with Master Data Specialist to remove barriers, explore new ways of executing processes, and ultimately bring increased value to the process.
10%Client Interaction and Business Partnership
Performs basic duties related to monitoring issues that businesses may have with records.
1+ years of Business Process experience (procurement to pay, order to cash, finance, etc.)
1+ years of Master Data Management
Proven ERP experience, preferably SAP and / or JDE
Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork and people skills, positive attitude
Experience in Shared Services or Business Process Management environments
Internal Controls experience (COSO, CFR policies, TGRC policies)
