6+ years’ experience managing Media teams at scale.
6+ years of people management experience, managing 7+ reports in an account management / client services team.
8+ years of integrated marketing agency experience managing online media buying.
Full working knowledge of digital landscape and technologies including detailed knowledge in programmatic space (DSP marketplace, programmatic planning tools, best practices, Ad Networks, Exchanges, PMPs), Social platforms (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn), search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Search) and commerce strategies and best practices.
Experienced in cross-team collaboration with Digital Media, Media TAAG, Commerce Media, Media Admin & Finance, Traditional Media Stakeholders.
Experience in developing and delivering professional weekly status reports for multiple projects, change management oversight, coordination, and communication, and monthly rhythm of the business presentations that provide project status, issues, risks, mitigation plans, and timelines to senior management.
Ability to create and maintain release schedule and process flows and diagrams.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of managed services developers and business owners.
Own and manage end-to-end scenarios with stakeholders and data.

This person will be accountable for keeping specific media projects on track and budget with the appropriate foresight to proactively manage risks and escalate them when necessary.
As a member of a larger team, this individual will need strong communications skills to ensure their team is equipped with everything they need to deliver work on time while maintaining internal productivity goals.
This person will support the Capability teams in properly scoping out new opportunities and ongoing resourcing needs, as well as proactively listening for opportunities to grow existing capabilities.
This person also work as a Capability Lead while ensuring his / her own team is properly trained on the needed capabilities for their clients.
With both internal and client-facing responsibilities, a strong media background is essential, as this role requires a working knowledge of digital & traditional media practices, tactics, technologies, and strategies.
Working across multiple departments, this person is expected to proactively engage in the sharing of knowledge with the larger media capability and know when to pull in various department expertise to support project decision-making.
