We’re seekinga Monitoring and Support Analyst, grade 8 based in our Costa Rica office.

  • Monitor the digital properties on a continuous basis to assess thehealth of the Website & apps, including keeping track of metrics and KPIsthat help detect any customer experience issues and other issues that mayimpact the business and its revenues
  • Assist inthe root cause analysis of customer and site issues using available tools &reports
  • Work invarious shifts, according to business needs Qualifications
  • What You Will Need To Succeed

  • 1+ years working in an analytical role or L1 / L2 Support for complexretail / consumer financial services / payment services organizations
  • College degree in quantitative or scientific field e.g Matehematics, physicists,chemistry, Computers desired.
  • Experience with data and analysis desired
