The Technical Program Manager - Fraud will drive the technical planning and execution of strategic fraud projects and programs.
The candidate is passionate about technical programs to drive strategy, execution, and operational efficiencies. The role will partner with teams, both internally and externally to build, track, develop and execute on major fraud strategies and initiatives.
What You’ll Do :
Assist in developing, implementing, organizing and executing strategies across all fraud mitigation programs
Develop a rapport with a diverse group of cross functional business partners to drive and highlight fraud initiatives across Adobe
Advise, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and metrics to support your positions.
Prioritize impactful projects while handling opposing priorities
Assist in the creation of policies and SOPs for fraud team
Establish sequential deliverables for all projects and build execution strategies to work towards completion
Develop measurable benchmarks and reporting to evaluate team direction and progress
Identify operational inefficiencies, improve processes, automate tasks and partner with cross functional teams to develop new solutions.
Work with team members to articulate and prioritize feature needs for investigative tool sets
Travel as needed to support domestic and international investigations and audits.
Keep up with industry leading fraud identification techniques.
What You Need to Succeed :
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Masters preferred
5+ years of experience in the private industry focused on high level strategy development and execution
Strong Program and Project Management skills
2+ years working on fraud programs in the tech industry
Shown success driving complex projects to resolution on time with limited direction
Ability to influence internal and external team members without authority or direct reporting relationship
Ability to drive projects to completion in a timely manner despite contending priorities
Tolerance for Ambiguity
