We have an exciting opportunity within Experian IT Services to join an Enterprise Platforms & Applications DevOps CoE. You will be working with technologies such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins, Artifactory from a server and administration perspective.

Manage a team DevOps and QA Automation Engineers
Create RCA for issues to ensure that team members have a proper knowledge base for future recurrent or similar issues.
Support your team on helping users with resolving issues or needs
Help and lead the investigation and remediation any failures with our automated tasks or processes.
Adhere to best practices and complete meticulous documentation.
Actively participate and lead our AGILE methodology and SCRUM ceremonies.
Collaborate with all areas of the business as required and represent the DevSecOps team.
Partner with multiple stakeholders to integrate world class development processes into DevOps pipelines
Perform dependency management both for source code to underlying platform and service interoperability.
Partner with Development and Product leadership to help Scrum teams to improve velocity, quality, release frequency, and release success.
Develop and grow a team of System Reliability Engineers
Partner with Development on the evolution, construction, and inter-operability standards
Partner with Incident Management and Problem Management to engineer away recurring problems and develop tools to help reduce MTTR.
Proficiency in one or more technology domains, may be a cross-domain expert able to help solve complex and mission critical problems within a business
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization and capacity demands, and present solutions for continuous improvements
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, team building skills.
Ensure KPIs and SLAs are on track and help with continuous improvements of those
Lead and help design self-healing and resiliency patterns and best in class monitoring frameworks to accomplish end-to-end flow monitoring and noiseless alerting.

Deal with 3rd party vendors and annual tool renewals

7-10 years of overall work experience in IT roles.
Desired experience leading technical projects.
Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
Advanced English skills.
Proven work experience with Agile methodology. Kanban experience is highly desired.
Experience in application server support and administration is required. (Linux preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal is required.
Experience with SQL, GIT and ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM. PO skills preferred.
Ability to understand and drive teams to working on forefront technologies such as AWS, Java, Ansible and Python.
Experience building / maintaining AWS pipelines, supporting Continuous Integration and Deployment practices.
Working knowledge of infrastructure components (e.g. routers, load balancers, cloud products, container systems, compute, storage, and networks)
Ability to show initiative to act independently and lead / resolve problems discovered.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion.
Experience working effectively both as a team leader in a team-oriented and collaborative environment and independently.
Strong influencing and cross-functional relationship skills, with the ability to clearly identify conflicting technical strategies, their relationship to the business, and drive resolution.
