WHAT YOU'LL DO As a member of the Marketing & Client Team Tribe Change & Comms Chapter, you will play an important role in ongoing change management for ClientView, with a core focus on Lead to Pitch activities and digital products built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

These digital products are critical to proactive pipeline management, project costing and client investment requests and approvals, and promoting MDPs and teams’ collaboration and commercial objectives.

You will offer thought partnership and execution in three areas : 1) Provide Stakeholder Engagement and Support, including gathering feedback 2) Plan, Develop, and Deliver change programs including leadership alignment, engagement, communications, learning, and measurement 3) Contribute to ClientView offerings and tool development, including playing a role in investigation, harmonizing processes and requirements for a global tool.

You will do this as an embedded member of the ClientView Pipeline and Costing & Investment Squads, and in close collaboration with Lead to Cash Process Director and change managers, Global Marketing and Client Team Tribe, and the Client Team and Practice Areas.

Day-to-day activities will be spread primarily across the following areas : Stakeholder Engagement and Support

  • Build relationships with stakeholders to convey key messages related to ClientView, understand their current processes and opportunities for process or technology improvements
  • Develop expertise of Pipeline, Costing and Investment features and combine with understanding of stakeholders to identify best practices that can be adopted globally and used as input to help shape high level business requirements
  • Develop deep relationships throughout the organization to know who to talk to and engage on cross functional process discussions
  • Prepare and deliver training and communications (in collaboration with ClientView program as needed) to increase readiness and adoption of stakeholders
  • Provide context and background to enable efficient and tailored responses when support requests come in
  • Help prepare for stakeholder engagement meetings and facilitate targeted portions (as needed)
  • Support special projects related to ClientView
  • Change Programs and Impact Measurement

  • Assess change impacts of releases (every 4 weeks) and plan change activities to support the system updates / process changes
  • Develop and track program success metrics
  • Partner with ClientView Customer Experience team to explain Pipeline updates and align on change approach
  • Work with other Change & Comms chapter members to prepare cohesive end-to-end strategy and program planning from relationship management through pipeline management
  • ClientView Offerings and Tools Development

  • Proactively gather and synthesize end user feedback from MDPs / teams to local finance, staffers, and other internal stakeholders for consideration to include in the backlog
  • Participate in user feedback sessions and sprint reviews
  • Contribute point of view to help influence the overall ClientView roadmap
  • Provide input to process design related to use of ClientView
  • Bring the voice and needs of the user to product design review sessions and ensure the technical designs will fit users’ needs before building
  • Participate and help coordinate in User Acceptance Testing providing business insight and sign off on the functionality and usability of the solution

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently and in teams; displays consideration and respect for others and puts team success ahead of personal opinion
  • Great organization and planning skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities
  • Persistent in reaching key objectives, but tactful, patient, and flexible to make progress
  • Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field
  • Preferred experience in management consulting or other professional services firm; BCG consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity and experience with Change Management methodologies in an agile environment
  • Proven track record supporting successful systems implementation and / or technology enabled change efforts
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong skills in Windows Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
