The Marketing & Communications Analyst will support the Integrated Marketing team in Latin America by participating in the process for developing and delivering cost-efficient, high-quality and creative marketing campaigns, virtual events, and marketing initiatives.

Work as part of a global integrated marketing team to implement strategies and processes for Latin America region.

Works directly with the team to ensure on-time delivery of activities. Responsible for the management of the campaign execution, ensuring adherence to agreed levels as well as the quality assurance of the delivered output.

Plays a critical role in campaigns development and delivery, providing product managers support and analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the development of creative assets using effective program management principles.
  • Develop email newsletters and marketing campaigns targeted at customers and sales representatives.
  • Creates and manages digital programs that support business initiatives, including, product launches, campaigns, and e-Commerce.
  • Develop measurement strategies that tie organizational objectives to digital measurement solutions.
  • As a team in collaboration with members of MSOL, present assets to and secure final approval from requestors.
  • Organize and deliver approved asset files to requestors.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations for high volume, fast turnaround results.
  • Update customer and sales channel distribution lists as they are developed.
  • Develop monthly report standard metrics for campaigns and virtual events.
  • Conduct data entry into sales and marketing systems.
  • Design literature, direct mail, signage and other projects as directed, according to Emerson Brand Consistency Guidelines, using Adobe InDesign software or other.
  • Develop material for Internet Web pages, interactive media, and multimedia projects
  • Supports sales and demand creation through development and roll-out of webinars, customer success stories, case studies, and other digital sales enablement materials.
  • Evaluates and optimizes initiatives performance through introduction of metrics and analytics system and regular tracking.
  • Complete projects on schedule to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Communicate workload to Marketing and Training Supervisor and work on prioritization.
  • Attend meetings on specific projects when needed.
  • Contribute ideas to refinement of campaign workflow process through use over time.
  • Support in planning, coordination, and execution of Measurement Solutions virtual events and seminars (as required)
  • Collaborate and share best practices with Marketing and Trainings Team.
  • Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge and ability, especially Excel, Word, PPT and Adobe InDesign (or similar graphic design software).
  • Excellent skills in written and oral communication (English), presentation, problem solving and critical thinking to optimize client satisfaction
  • Experience with developing marketing collateral in multiple delivery channels
  • Experience working with creatives and vendors, a plus (agencies, designers, writers)
  • Close attention to detail, follow-up, with a sense of urgency and perseverance
  • Ability to understand complex subject matter, and condense the ideas to concise, easily understood instructions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and retain a good working relationship with associates at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Aptitude for effective collaboration in a cross functional work environment; experiences working in teams across time zones
  • Can organize multiple tasks and possesses strong organizational skills
  • Ability to perform most duties without a lot of supervision
  • Strong team effort mentality
  • Natural ability to operate with a high level of energy, commitment and motivation
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent English verbal / reading / writing. Portuguese is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Marketing and / or Administration discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated marketing and / or marketing program roles.
