Be part of a Latin America Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for recruiting world class professionals who will fuel the growth of Philips.

Your Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for developing current and accurate data on high quality active prospects from the external market place for Healthcare in Costa Rica.

You will focus on a portfolio of defined companies, for the roles that Philips has consistent, repetitive hiring needs for our hiring manager.

You will be responsible for direct recruiting. You will have a heavy emphasis on networks, social media sites and other creative channels to connect with talent.

To excel in this role, you will treat Prospective Candidates and Hiring Managers equally as your clients, pressing for insight, feedback and constantly asking how you can better help them achieve their goals.

Additional responsibilities include :

  • Executing recruiting strategy and initiating prospect conversion at the earliest moment specific openings are visible.
  • Be a true labor market expert in your function with insight on who and where the best talent is, understanding and sharing labor market trends, and strategic talent insight contributing to Philips’ ability to attract and be attractive to the best talent.
  • Aggressive tracking of your interaction with the prospect community to enable data driven strategic conversations with the business and influencing hiring manager behavior to advance Philips’ success in attracting the best talent.
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    You have a Bachelor degree, combined with proven experience within the Recruitment field preferably in a Healthcare corporate recruitment environment.

    We expect you to be an experienced interviewer, have a broad experience in the professional use of El Empleo, LinkedIn and Workday to approach and attract talent and that you have a strong network.

    Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in English. Portuguese is a plus.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated sourcing skills.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities including, Boolean search methods & techniques, utilizing referral networking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Good listening skills.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive to completion.
