  • Verification and processing of transactions including those with high level of complexity.
  • Ensure fiscal quality of accounting data by performing checks and corrections as well as the monitoring and follow up with other internal departments and local tax.
  • Contact to tax authorities and auditors and support local teams in tax audits.
  • Main contact to country.
  • Manage compliance processes of TAX (value-added tax, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Local taxes) according to the activity split with country.
  • Review and Prepare of data for tax declarations, completion of forms and submit of required fiscal reports, according to the activity split with country.
  • Manage tax assessment process for all Tax Compliance processes.
  • Manage tax payment process for all Tax Compliance processes.
  • Tax Accounting activities according to the activity split with country.
  • Contribute to improve tax processes and implementation of innovation and standardization.
  • Ensure an effective Tax Knowledge management by guiding, documenting, and training other internal colleagues as required by the changes of legal requirements.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Accounting and Taxes. (Mandatory)
  • University Degree, or currently studying, administration, accounting, finance, taxes, or relevant field. (Desirable)
  • At least 2 years of experience working taxes processes.
  • Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant tax areas, such as, VAT, WHT or Tax Accounting.
  • Advanced understanding of technical accounting and operational experience with SAP. (Highly desirable)
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to express complex tax issues in an understandable way.
  • Ability to work under pressure with proven flexibility in changing and complex environments.
  • Advanced usage of Excel, Power Point and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Excel macros.
  • Experience in VBA would be a plus.
  • Good communication skills, usage of power point
