We are seeking a Supervisor for WU Digital Payment team, based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office
This role will be responsible for the operational results, people management, and business relationship with product constituents for Payments Process Exceptions.

This role contributes to the success of WU Digital Payment Operations by leading the Exceptions handling and prevention process and cost & customer impact reduction initiatives.
It will ensure processes compliance, leading continuous process improvement across the Payments organization. It partners with the Operations and Product leaders to recommend improvements that will support their activities and function as a bridge between the organizations.
It ensures we maintain documentation for the standard procedures and process flows. The position will work closely with various departments and vendors to maintain best in class customer experience.
Finally, this role will drive process compliance with regulations and Western Union policies.
