What You’ll Do
Responsible for the management of ongoing internal customer relationships and the operational delivery of digital, transformation and RPA solutions.
Manage the on-going output of processes already migrated to automated solutions; ensure they are operating within the targeted parameters.
Takes primary responsibility for internal client satisfaction with service delivery.
Lead team to optimize and innovate business processes by designing and implementing automation solutions and / or create / investigate / roll out tools focused on cost reduction and speed up productivity in the delivery of services.
Build lasting relationships with internal customers by reporting and communicating results and charges.
Maintain budget responsibility with the RPA program.
5+ years of experience managing & developing teams
5+ years of experience leading multiple projects in areas such as : automation, digital, RPA industry and standards and IT / Software Development (SDLC) background is desired
5+ years of experience in data analytics tools such as : Excel, Tableau, Spotfire, or similar
College degree in Computer Science or similar areas
Minimum B2 level of English Proficiency

Deep understanding of process mapping process improvement methodologies
Process Modeling. Ability to analyze a process and understand what kind of digitization is the right one to be applied thru process engineering,
Accustomed to operating in a matrix environment so he / she can influence adoption of proposals within teams that do not report directly to the position.
Experience in a Shared Service environment is a plus.
Experience in the implementation and / or utilization of WhatsAPP for Business, Genesys, and / or chatbots to run business processes
