  • Provide support for local facilities operations, with a primary focus on work orders and maintenance and electrical issues
  • Equipment documentation, technical files for building & equipment. Ensure effective implementation of services in accordance with contractual, performance and quality expectations of the Company
  • Monitor and dispatch work orders daily inspections. Develop weekly schedule of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Update and generate daily reports from Facility Management Software system.
  • Electromechanical support
  • Capability to locate and keep posted all types of equipment documentation, technical files for building & equipment
  • Work reciprocally as part of a technical team, assisting and covering colleagues in other technical areas.
  • Acting as main executer within the Environmental, Health and safety system, documents checking, file, check supplier paperwork, contractor s training among others.
  • Administrate Purchase order and work orders execution and coordination.
  • Report and control the utilities bills and measurements.
  • Update and generate daily reports from Facility Management Software system Manage scheduled activities (maintenance, repairs, projects, etc.)
