The Human Resources Specialist will support the Recruiting process by working closely with the HR Manager, Hiring Manager, Candidate, and Third-party Vendors to complete the recruitment process for all local hiring needs.
Creates requisitions in Smart Recruiters using templates predetermined in SR.
Uses recruitment system to follow up on Hiring Managers requisition requests up to completion.
Executes and owns the end to end recruitment process via Smart Recruiters and work with Third-party Vendors following up on the recruitment process.
Makes sure the candidate's background check is compliant versus Eurofins internal policies.
Follows up with candidate to provide supportive documentation and signed contractual documentation needed for hiring ad onboarding.
Keeps constant communication with vendors regarding recruitment.
Reviews documents for criminal records, education background and follows up accordingly with the candidate.
Coordinates with, Hiring Manager, Candidate and HR Manager first day logistics to the new hire.
Responsible for data completeness of new hire records in our HR systems.
Assists in any additional HR assignments.
University Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related preferred.
2 years of experience in coordination and logistics using a process supporting system (Applicant Tracking System)
2 years of experience in administrative / coordination or HR administration or customer service experience.
2 years’ experience in IT Recruitment.
Spanish and English (Advanced or Bilingual Level).
Excellent time management & written / verbal communication skills.
Availability to coordinate with different parties including external vendors.
