The Opportunity

Your focus will be to grow the Adobe Marketo Engage franchise to a $1B business! You will also articulate a compelling vision for the next generation of B2B solutions on the Adobe Experience Platform.

What you'll Do

  • Build, own and drive to successful execution the roadmap of the market-leading Marketo Engage product family and drive product-led growth
  • Work to define and build the future of B2B CX on the Adobe Experience Platform and continue to integrate with the Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Work with design, product management, and engineering teams across Adobe to bring the vision to fruition in ways that are long-lasting, cloud scalable, and reflect a deep sensitivity to customer needs
  • Drive a robust software development process that is agile, predictable, and results-oriented. Bring a combination of critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short term as well as long term results
  • Lead and build a team of high-impact Product Managers, Product Marketing and UX / UXRs to drive excellence in experience and execution across the platform portfolio
  • Be on the lookout for strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities to bring more B2B marketing capabilities to Adobe.
  • What is needed to succeed

  • 10+ years of executive-level product management experience and three years leading product and segment marketing teams
  • Understanding and experience with UX teams
  • Deep knowledge of customer experience needs in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C companies
  • Experience leading large teams across multiple geographies and functional areas (solutions, sales, marketing, engineering, professional services, and support)
  • Executive presence working with customers, partners, C-staff and presenting at large conferences
