Business Priorities :
Adhere to processes related to the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data to ensure consistency across multiple locations.
Improve the quality and accuracy of master data by participating in routine audits and data cleansing activities.
Support internal customers by performing daily activities creating and updating master data and troubleshoot issues related to data.
Role Accountabilities :
Execute the master data entry processes and coordinate simple requests. These start with requests from the business to create or change a master data record, and end with the confirmation of requests being applied in SAP.
ü Includes the administration and support of the tools, forms and workflow systems that are employed to handle master data requests.
Maintain tactical entry metrics and reporting. ü Participation and leading some tasks within a project. ü Take ownership of project tasks and drive them to completion.
ü Lead small tasks internal to the master data team.
Participate in test case execution.
Complete entry-data cleansing activities to raise and maintain the quality of each master data record to target levels.ü Investigate the root cause behind reoccurring entry data errors which may be due to : current process not being followed, a problem with the current process, or a system issue.
Administer the execution of mass updates to ensure business processes are not disrupted by changes.ü Coordinate the update of mass changes and align actions of the entry team with that of the overall mass change plan.
Provide first level support to the business in investigating and solving complex master data entry issues.ü Remediate any data errors foundü Investigate the root cause behind business process failures with the entry process.
ü Be the expert and go to person for entry issue resolution.
Coordinate the entry / update / deletion of master data records for complex requests.
Strong team work orientation with the ability to support the group of operations and gain their cooperation and respect.
Must possess excellent time management skills demonstrating the ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Knowledge / Experience
Advance student / bachelor s in business administration or engineering,
1-3 years of relevant experience in at least one major business process (OTC, RTC, ATR, etc.)
