Position Summary :
The role is a key position within the Fixed Assets Center of Expertise (CoE) Pfizer, responsible to handle over $11.000 MM USD of Fixed Assets value worldwide.
This is a global position accountable for processes of the regions within the CoE scope (North and Latin America, Africa and Europe)
Main Responsibilities :
Maintain an accurate and updated task list and open items tracking to properly report progress on completion and resolution.
Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and SOX related internal control documentation.
Demonstrate a solid discipline to operate and meet deadlines with minimum assistance of others.
Supports and co-leads selected in-house processes improvement initiatives.
Ensure an adequate internal controls environment by the timely and correct execution of the controls in place, the proper understanding of the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), the correct maintenance of documentation such as Job Aids and work instructions and by timely highlighting any potential risk identified.
Develop and maintain an effective network with internal and external parties to leverage for issue resolution, consultation, benchmark, etc.
Organizational Relationships :
The position will required a close interaction with other CoE colleagues, finance and engineering teams located at the countries and other CoEs colleagues (Prague, China, Memphis)
Education and Experience :
Bachelor degree in business related field required.
1-4 years of experience in related activities.
Proficient accounting skills and basic US GAAP / IFRS knowledge.
Proficient English level.
