Job DescriptionIn this role, you will lead a center of excellence for UX writing at Sage Intacct, focusing on simple, intuitive experiences that support customers in accomplishing their business tasks.
In addition to crafting UX copy in-product, you will extend your impact by evangelizing best practices and standards across all feature teams.
Working closely with Documentation team members and UX experience designers, you will advocate for the customer and serve as an expert advisor to teams during the feature development process.
Leveraging your expertise, you will help teams create consistent, usable experiences across screens and workflows.Key Responsibilities
