Do you want to be an integral part of a fast-paced business, where the market opportunity is growing? Adobe's Digital Media business is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Operations to help drive, improve and scale the operations of our business.
We are looking for someone who will be able to connect the dots across our business priorities and navigate like a pro through our organization, working closely with finance, marketing, go-to-market, product marketing, product and regional teams to drive core processes and projects.
Ability to approach operations with a strategic lens and execute with precision, efficiency, and start-up speed are key attributes to success! The ideal candidate will be willing to get his / her hands dirty and go above and beyond to move the business forward to provide customer value and business growth.
What You'll Do
Drive weekly and quarterly processes to achieve the appropriate level of inspection across teams and enable smart decision-making.
Help ensure organization is on path to hitting priority goals, objectives and metrics
Deliver on projects by first framing the problem, breaking it down into digestible chunks, providing options / recommendation, and then devising and executing against an action plan that delivers results on timely basis
Provide insights into business performance and outline actions plans to address and accelerate business growth to executive leadership
Challenge status quo, innovate, bring new insights and best practices to drive towards simpler, better processes to continue to scale a growing business.
Drive organizational change as appropriate
Lead cross-functional teams, influence outcomes, drive accountability, and collaborate optimally across cross-functional teams to reach stated goals
Communicate with effectiveness - grasp, structure, and explain complex problems in easily understandable way
What you need to succeed
Bachelor degree. MBA preferred
10+ years of total experience, in management consulting, investment banking and / or strategy, go-to-market, business operations at a large software company
Excellent written and verbal skills
Self-starter, goal-oriented, with outstanding team leadership skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and presentation structure + framing skills (powerpoint and excel)
