Administrative Specialistsplay an essential role in adapting to the ever-changing pace of managingdepartment operations, increasing their productivity by proactively seekingopportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration within the department andthroughout the company.
In addition to collaborating you will have theopportunity to grow diverse skills throughout the company as you engage withhigh performing NI Operations and Location Support Talent.
Success will depend on proactivity, ingenuityand execution with leaders of Location Support and the teams supported. Youwill also join a best-
in-class team working to design and operationalize a highlyeffective Operations organization for National Instruments as well as influencingAMER Location Support Team.
Provide general administrative support to teams in AMER Region, reporting to Location Support Manager.
Handle day-to-day office administration, upkeep of office environment
Passionate about planning and execute large meetings and event
Comfortable scheduling global meetings and appointments
Driven to maintain master building calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays, site events
Communicate with suppliers and internal customers.
Proactive Team member of Location Support Americas
Handle travel arrangement such as hotel booking, transport arrangement for visitors.
Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Strong Communication with local and US staff.
Learn Corporate A / P processes, follow policies and ensure quality in daily activities.
Contribute to the development of the systems required to support the company’s business activities, based on Oracle Financial Applications.
