This role involves developing learning programs impacting all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payments Risk Operations (PRO).

CTPS is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world class support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of selling partners.

Key job responsibilities

Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic.

Instructional design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business.

Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to largescale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.

Conduct analysis to identify key tasks / skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.

Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content.

Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles.

Collaborate with a global team of learning design professionals to develop learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years experience in program or project management

2+ years experience in learner experience design or training content design and development. Expertise using authoring tools and learning technologies such as Articulate Studio / Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, and Captivate.

Experience managing projects of small to medium scope, working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience conducting training needs assessments.

Experience assessing curriculum effectiveness to develop solutions that positively impact learner performance. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience in instructional design, communication, education, or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.

g. CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.). Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, online learning and learning technologies. Proficiency in graphic and / or web design skills.

Experience with video design and development.
