Our new innovative IT services organization is HPE Pointnext. We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation.

Responsible for the overall management of a service segment of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level.

Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of product service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market.

Includes but is not limited to achieving revenue, profit and / or TCE goals for that segment / entity.

In a typical day as a Escalation Support Engineer, you would

Provides project management support, process development, and other subject matter consulting to the HPE Pointnext Service Delivery Readiness projects associated with new product or new service introductions, sustaining services, and End of Support Life services and tasks :

Works in conjunction with service lifecycle process stakeholders, Corporate Product Service Managers (CPSMs), Geography Product Service Managers (GPSMs) and the Integrated Readiness Team (IRT) to plan, develop, and implement the needed service processes for the NPI and NSI introductions and enable the delivery organizations, external contract workforce and channel partners to deliver the associated services

Contributes to positive TCE (Total Customer Experience) via well-documented support and implementation delivery processes for HPE’s customers and channel partners

Applies advanced project and program skills and subject matter knowledge to the programs that this person will lead for the Service Delivery Readiness organization

Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations / solutions to drive business improvements

Works across regions / geographies and Worldwide (WW) teams to develop and / or implement new / enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer / market needs and fuel profitable growth

Utilizes technical and business skills to lead cross-functional activities that have a high impact on the services business

Demonstrates significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best

methods for accomplishing work and achieving objectives

Leads cross-organizational activities that have significant impact on WW growth of the services business.

Manages virtual teams and gets results through functional management

Executes to numerous products and services through activities having complex requirements and tight time frames

Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

If you are

Typically 8+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management.

Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role.

Mastery in English

Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.

In-depth knowledge of the company's organization and policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.

Problem detection and analysis of root cause.

Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.

Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis.

Medium level of planning, project management and change management skills. Project and change management training and certification as appropriate.

Good presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus.

Impacts internal and external clients on WW basis.
