You will represent our team with consultants and partners on client teams and you'll be the single point of contact for any non-
transactional interactions at all stages of our range of support for a client study. You will also be responsible for maintaining a good overview of one or multiple accounts which may include new or terminating client projects or changes in team staffing or leadership or contacts.
This will require an understanding of the team's demands and study milestones, and you'll partner with the team on how the project will be supported.
You will provide insight on Visual Graphics & Media service delivery and opportunities to leverage a range of media products, so you'll educate consultants and project teams on VGM best practices and give feedback accordingly.
Additionally, you will conduct regular pulse checks with the teams’ key contacts to understand their current satisfaction level with the support they receive, the general situation on the study, and you'll share this information and initiate changes in the support setup with relevant VGM stakeholders as needed.
Furthermore, you will make relevant information accessible within the VGM organization to maintain transparency and ensure consistent end products.
You'll serve as an escalation and contact point for the project teams, be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and for providing regular updates on performance to the operations and / or leadership teams.
