The successful candidate will be overseeing a busy creative team producing a wide range of marketing collateral to promote the European Prime Video service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading talented, highly productive design teams, and ensuring project milestones are met and production goals are achieved.
The designer will be responsible for creating a variety of online and offline assets (e.g. flyers to direct mail, display advertising graphics to emails and so on) to delight the customer base and drive engagement through thoughtful visual design.
He / she will be responsible for delivering high-quality and compelling deliverables that are customer-focused, simple and intuitive.
The candidate must demonstrate an ability to work creatively around difficult design limitations whilst confident to suggest, document and implement new and improved design approaches, methods or processes.
He / she will strive to continuously innovate and improve with the help of gathered data. The candidate will be expected to proactively share and document new learning’s within the team and wider departments.
The designer must also be a natural collaborator and a great communicator. He / she must have the confidence to interact with the relevant business, development, project / program management groups, other designers and executives to succeed.
The candidate must have the ability to present their designs to senior-level management with well thought out and logical justification.
The successful candidate will work with multiple-design teams across Amazon, as well as liaising with printers, copywriters, developers and marketing specialists.
