This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Service and Manufacturing Supervisor Department, verifying that all tasks are made according to the priorities and procedures established, providing leadership, guidance and comply with corporate and local regulation.
Also, the incumbent is accountable for all aspects of departmental budget and is able to solve complex problems with innovation and ingenuity.
Ensure the manufacturing process is managed in a highly cost-effective manner meeting or exceeding customer expectations and promoting achieving financial goal.
This position also assists General Manager in the interaction with the sales reps and the development of specific sales strategies for the Service and Manufacturing.

Typically works in a distribution warehouse (with or without air conditioning), laundry or sewing area, office or laboratory environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.
A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.
Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 25lbs.
Associate may be exposed to industrial warehouse or laboratory environment. The associate may work near moving mechanical machinery and noise level in the work environment is of normal range.
Associate may be exposed to areas with Penicillin, Aspirin, Alcohol, Acetone and other fumes. Associate may be required to use personal protective equipment to perform duties.
