Success in the Role : What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for architecting platform specific solutions that will be utilized across the VMware enterprise.
They will need ensure incidents are effectively prioritized and responded to per defined service level agreements. Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, build rapport and persuade others are skills to have.
Additionally, improving customer experience and assisting managers, and other senior staff, with analysis of customer request tickets is a requirement for this role.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
The role requires you to architect a solution that removes the use of passwords for authentication to the corporate instance of Workspace ONE.
You will become knowledgeable in Workspace ONE's use, architecture, and implementation in VMware to enable this innovative workflow.
Your knowledge of single sign-on (SSO) authentication protocols, such as SAML, Oauth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) , and identity and access management (IAM) concepts and principles will facilitate your success in this role.
Additionally, proficiency in UNIX / Linux and Windows, as well experience with network virtualization platforms, such as VMware vSphere and / or NSX, will be beneficial.
Collaboration with global staff is required to brainstorm solutions and develop the best path for implementation of this workflow

For many years as a software engineer, he excelled in process improvement, systems development, and systems integration.
Currently, he leads this team of globally-placed staff to maintain the corporate instance of Workspace ONE Access.
