Duties will include support for content End-of-Life (EOL) process and EOL Operations for Intel.com. Your primary responsibilities will be to conduct weekly data pulls, inventory creation and distribution, various audits and system data maintenance tasks.
You will create and send a monthly content expiration (off-time) report and perform both expiration and owner data synchronization activities.
In addition to this operational work you will be tasked with handling EOL process operations escalations and remediate incidents submitted by users within service level agreement (SLA).
You will be trained to perform the EOL process in all its variants including Normal, Urgent, Business Critical / Urgent and Legal Ramification EOL.
On occasion you will support EOL and Redirect work related to product launches, including activation QA and redirect cache clearing, troubleshoot and correcting issues with vanity / content-
level redirects and participate in other ad hoc operations related EOL process and EOL Operations projects as they come up.
A candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor'sdegree from a relevant academic institute.
A Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department.
The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into an College Graduate / Technical Graduate position as appropriate.
