The Journal Entries Center of Excellence (JE COE) in the Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) is chartered to deliver value to Intel through successful implementation of transformation solutions to process the company's journal entries, by partnering with global teams, senior stakeholders and influencing business groups leaders.
The JE COE Transformation Lead is a professional that will require to strategically unpack transformation solutions while leading and coaching local and global teams who are key stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
These include coaching junior analyst within the team to guide them by removing roadblocks, empowering others, and suggesting innovative transformation solutions.
The team partners closely with a diverse group of Intel stakeholders including Systems owners to align and maintain processes through transform solutions.
The role partners with the JE COE business process owner and financial professionals from around the globe including the Malaysia Shared Service Center Accounting team.
In this role you will help Intel with the following, but not limited to :
Develop and lead automation projects throughout all its phases to a successful implementation.
Coach a global team from Malaysia and Costa Rica to plan and define strategies to deliver automation projects.
Partner with global automation and system teams such as Blackline, SAP, and Information Technology.
Execute robotic solutions during close while ensuring that accounting records have been correctly processed by the automation solution (bot).
Deliver recurrent updates to management and stakeholders about automation projects' status.
Support month end close accounting activities related to the automation solutions.

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Requirements :
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
4+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
3+ years of experience in Robotics / Automation processes.
Fluent level of English, written and verbal.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Bi and Power query.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of any of the following : Visual Basic, Power Apps, UiPath, Knime.
Knowledge of SAP.
Project management knowledge / experience.
