SoftwareONE Core Values The role As part of the North America (NORAM) Talent Acquisition team, you will support the recruiters and stakeholders in hiring the best talent for SoftwareONE.

You will also engage with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure an excellent overall experience. The Role : Schedule candidate interviews (could be via phone, face-to-face and / or panel style video meetings) Locations could include US, Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica in addition to other countries throughout the Americas Assist with outreach campaigns to generate a strong and diverse candidate pipeline Coordinate logistics of interview days as needed to include candidate schedules, booking conference rooms, and confirming interviewer’s availability Audit workflows and candidate details in the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy If time permits and desire is there, learn sourcing techniques to hunt for talent via LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean searches, internal ATS, social media and other creative methods Contribute to various other global and regional HR projects such as benchmarking, internal mobility, diversity initiatives, and onboarding What success looks like : High customer satisfaction scores from internal recruiting team, candidate experience, and hiring manager feedback All interview requests scheduled within 24-48 hours Quarterly audits ensure 100% accuracy across the recruiting team What we offer : Generous pay with quarterly bonus structure Independent environment without a lot of red tape where you are empowered to make decisions Substantial benefits package that includes : Medical, dental, and vision with strong employer contributions Wellness program, EAP, concierge services Plentiful PTO that includes paid holidays, your birthday off, a volunteer day, and vacation time Employee stock purchase plan Learning and development opportunities galore Tuition reimbursement And much more! Winning culture, inclusive environment, and friendly people all over the world A remote-friendly organization, with colleagues working remotely either part or full-time What we need to see from you What you offer : 1+ years of experience working in a recruitment environment, preferably in a corporate setting Experience iCIMS preferred Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling interviews, and / or proven customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently, handle confidential and sensitive information, and attention to detail will be required Passion for creativity and constantly looking for new ways of working What you should know about us : Strip away everything.
