Summary

The Contract Operations Specialists plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. We assist the sales field, by providing organizational direction to build efficiency in the processes.

We work within the tools to drive productivity and offer expertise. The team coordinates and partners with the Sales team, to provide structured sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.

Description

This position is for a high-energy, meticulous, multi-tasking individual to work with Professional Service Account Executives (Consulting Sales), to drive maximum revenue from every Adobe Consulting account.

As a team, we are accountable for sales support, contract support and mentorship, in addition to handling operational items such as contract extensions and change requests.

The Contract Operations Specialist will be an extension of PSAE working at the direction of specific PSAE on each opportunity.

The team is aligned to all of the Adobe Marketing Cloud solution sets, the role will support Adobe's North America business.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a polished candidate to join us, who can help us lead multiple relationships, numerous customers, and coordinate on dozens of projects at a time, paying attention to the details and representing Adobe in a professional manner to the customer! We partner closely with the field to build contracts and fine-tune internal approvals and ensure documents meet ecosystem requirements in a fast-paced atmosphere.

  • Join forces with the sales team, to support / assist on larger deals to help client experience and boost overall sales
  • Lead all aspects of the sales cycle without need for supervision
  • Diligence to customer experience and success
  • Tools, process, and system knowledge to offer considerate direction to the field
  • Ability to understand refined, involved business environments and uncover customer issues
  • What you need to succeed

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com
  • 1-2 years of successful sales support or operational experience (technology industry desired)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and time management
  • Capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle fast paced environment and run multiple projects (run, maintain, coordinate, and pursue)
  • Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Detailed understanding of sales cycles combined with sensitivity to time critical asks
  • Highly ethical; will always do what is right by the organization and customer over personal gain
  • Ability to lead trainings and transfer knowledge to make team better as a whole.
  • Need to be confident in having detailed, tactful conversations at a business level and influence positive next steps
