Partner with and support CC leads and Subject Matter Experts to develop and socialize process and operational improvements that drive global standardization and simplification
Manage SOX compliance processes and practices
Partner with and drive multiple vendors responsible for technical support to CC inclusive of Get Paid and telephony systems for application standardization
Partner with EBS and TCS resources to support and drive resolution on all CC Business Systems enhancements and incident escalations.
Partner with EBO, EBS and TCS to support migrations, acquisitions, integrations, and divestures
Create and update documentation of enterprise CC processes and polices utilizing standardized design tools and video learnings.
Identify & implement opportunities to drive process improvements
Partner with Customer to Cash and Compliance teams on open items and upstream issues impacting CC operational processes, compliance and financials.
Partner with CC leads to improve Business Systems and implement changes in business engagement models and associated processes.
Proactively bring forth issues and identify roadblocks as relevant to drive improvements, standardize and simplify in a manner that contributes towards continually improving enterprise financials and strategies.
Drive enterprise best practices and mindset and actively support change management.
