Seeking an intern to assist in project leadership. Seeking a driven individual that is eager to learn systems, processes, and contribute enhancement and automation ideas to further increase customer satisfaction and team communication.
Excellent excel, macro and power BI skills is preferred. Individual will be working with Supply teams to implement preventative controls that will improvement product delivery, reduce shortages and implement preventative checks to align supply for future orders.
Drives translation / transformation of supply strategy into detailed supply plans via IBP.
Directly engages with suppliers on details of supply plans, assesses supplier capabilities to meet plans, and works issue resolution as gaps appear.
Time horizon for planning cycle is 12 months
Collaborates with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain, execute and enhance current business processes.
Produces, reviews and proliferates performance metrics and results on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Researches and analyzes data sets within established guidelines and targets (predefined schedules, goal ranges), and prepares report outs.
Represents the Planning and Operations deliverables and requirements, in daily interaction with virtual stakeholders and teams, especially from USA and Asia.
Conducts quantitative and qualitative business models analysis to contribute to large projects, with ability to manage massive and complex data structures.
Manages life cycle related activities, such as new product set ups, ramp plan strategies, E&O mitigation and others.
Education and Experience Required :
Advanced student ( 3rd o 4th year) in careers : estrategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
Advanced English level : B2+, C1 or C2
Basic understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
Strong analytical and data modeling skills.
Developed Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
Proficient knowledge of data manipulation tools like MS Excel and Access.
Strong and effective interpersonal and networking skills.
Must have the ability to deliver under ambiguous and or complex circumstances.
Moderate level of knowledge of inventory analysis, product line setups, forecast creation and measurement.
Demonstrated sense of urgency, good understanding of escalation paths and trigger points.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm for the success of the role assigned, and proved teamwork skills.
