Trade Analyzer (PEA - Post Event Analytics) Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for end-to-end Data Download / Upload and initial troubleshooting of the PEA Process.
They assure sales baseline / incrementally as well as in-store promotion event KPIs generated by PEA system are accurate and ready for business decisions.
This requires deep expertise : technical (data manipulation), analytical (models and insights) as well as soft skills (direct communication with business users).
Trade Analyzer PEA Operations activities :
First Point of contact for user issues and queries
Data download, upload and manipulation following standard PEA Processes
Data validation and feedback to Market contacts
Initial troubleshooting and cleanup of errors in templates following SSLAs and defined Procedures (SOPs)
Creating and following through SNOW tickets for issue reporting
Issues / queries recording and raising appropriate defects to L Support team
Monthly updates to business users on Upload results, errors encountered and opportunity areas
Activities in new customer implementation projects
Involvement in investigations of PEA data input issues
Sales Baseline PEA validation for new market setups (OPS standpoint)
PEA output dashboard (Spotfire / PBI) troubleshooting
KNIME workflow issue resolution for end users for PEA standard workflows
Qualifications
English Intermediate-Advanced (required)
Service Management Basic-Intermediate (required)
