Receives, identifies and processes all incoming consumer correspondence including disputes, inquiries, notifications, and other various types of letters.
Ensures that all sensitive correspondence be handled quickly and in the appropriate manner as outlined by client requirements.
Ensures correspondence is directed to the proper parties or individuals.
Serves as an internal auditor to make sure the procedure was correctly executed in all areas of responsibility to prepare for client audits.
Completes client spreadsheets.
Works with other departments and employees to meet client deadlines.
Organizes and prioritizes all work to meet set and expected department deadlines on a daily basis.
Use computer and phone for long periods of time
Adhere to company attendance requirements and work assigned schedule.
Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies.
Basic computer skills including Word & Excel knowledge
Strong comprehension skills with the ability to prioritize and multi task
Must have concern for order, quality & accuracy, be flexible, detail oriented, and be able to work as a team
Ability to meet daily company deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate and work effectively with superiors and colleagues
All required tasks must be performed accurately and completed by the daily deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
