Align is looking for a Senior Security Engineer for our Heredia, Costa-Rica location. This role will be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry.
The Senior Security Engineer should have exceptional skills with various security tools and security processes. The mission of the Cybersecurity Operations Team is to play the lead role to prevent, detect, analyze, and respond to cyber security incidents across the Align enterprise through proactive monitoring, scanning, analysis, intelligence, policies development, and implementation of countermeasures.
In this role, the Senior Security Engineer will be responsible for supporting global Information Security functions, monitoring various of security tools, working with IT teams on remediation of security issues.
The Senior Engineer will also complete projects and tasks on an as-needed basis and interact directly with other business units.
In this role, you will · Monitor and analyze security events via multiple sources to detect malicious or problematic activity.
In this role, you’ll need · 6+ years of security experience. · Information Systems, Computer Science, or other technical degree, or equivalent experience.
