Job Description : WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Attend and participate in client project kick off meetings
Execute the test cases in various phases including Dev, QA, SIT, UAT etc
Analyze design files, FRDs, Link Matrixes, Content Manuscripts, and Wireframes and validate these requirements against digital assets
Document the test results and defects, manage testing feedback, lead defect prioritization, track issues status, and communicate regularly with discipline leads to ensure proper resolution in a timely fashion
Develop and execute Application Programming Interface testing using Postman and SOAP UI testing tools
Conduct back-end testing, execute SQL queries and inspect data
Perform tests on third party integration tools and perform load and performance testing
Develop test scripts and interact with development in agile development environment
Work with senior members of the team to learn about best practices and writing better test cases
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
WHAT YOU HAVE :
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline or relevant experience of 3-5 years
Extensive experience with cross-device / browser / version / OS web testing and analysis (iOS and Android)
Experience with restful services, SOAP, XML, JSON
Experience with debugging tools such as Chrome Developer Tool, Charles Proxy, Fiddler etc
Experience with enterprise and open source CMS systems such as Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal etc
Extensive front-end HTML / CSS / JS Analysis & Testing
Experience in writing complex Test Scenario and Test Cases and executing them through JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, Excel etc
Experience testing on multiple web browsers and operating systems (Mac OS, Windows, Safari, Chrome, Firefox) including mobile web
Experience with bug tracking tools and version control systems (Jira / Perforce / SVN / Bugzilla / GIT / GitFlow)
2+ years of experience with performance / load testing, tooling and automation. Strong familiarity with performance / load test tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, etc
Able to document Summary Reports, Suggestions and Lesson Learned documents based on testing inputs from previous releases (to improve software quality)
Expertise in writing technical documentation and performing Analysis, Black box testing, Functionality testing, Integration testing, System testing, Regression testing User Acceptance testing (UAT) and End -to End Testing
Experience with data migration testing
Strong understanding and experience building QA strategies to support enterprise CRM systems i.e. Salesforce, Veeva, etc
Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate and perform with little or no supervision
EXTRA BONUS POINTS :
Prior Development Experience a BIG plus
Knowledge of web application test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, etc
Knowledge of continuous integration or continuous delivery CI / CD environments
