The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be a key player of the team with the opportunity to take on special projects with increased responsibility

Maintaining and tracking expense reimbursements
Coordination with IT teams for handling of escalated IT issues
Maintaining and tracking devices
Strong internal and external customer service focus
Received D2 devices
Drive engagement activities
Facilities Management request (SIM) coordination
Experience with planning and managing monetary budgets
Proficiency skills of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PPT and etc.3
At least 6 months of previous experience in similar roles (Office coordinator, executive assistant or HR assistant). Make sure to mention the experience in the resume.
Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
