Knowledge of hydraulic systems such as pumps, directional valves, relief valves, and pressure flow concepts.Knowledge of electric and hydraulic schematics and machine control prints.
Knowledge pneumatics, compressors, and cooling towers preferred.Must be a team player.Must have good customer service skills and be able to effectively interact with all departments.
Must be able to demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables where only limited standardization exists.
Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.Must be self-motivated and proactive.
Must be proficient with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Etc.)

This position is responsible for conducting machine set up, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance service.
Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of equipment.Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance of equipment.Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
Repair and maintain machinery and equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Perform service and maintain auxiliary equipment such as chillers, heaters, dryers, grinders, and conveyors.Miscellaneous duties as required by Plant Manager
