The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
The ServiceNow Developer will have both technical and creative design input to develop, configure and maintain these applications so they are the best they can possibly be.

We're looking for someone with experience developing on the ServiceNow platform using the ServiceNow system. Certifications such as ServiceNow Fundamentals / admin and ServiceNow scripting is essential and other ServiceNow certifications are desirable.
You'll have a good fundamental knowledge of other technologies such as networking including TCP / IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, IP networks, subnetting and network devices and will be acquainted with various IT infrastructure technologies, but you do not need to have specifically deep knowledge in one area.

Key responsibilities :
Designs, develops, and maintains complex ServiceNow workflows to automate / digitize manual processes.
Develops creative design patterns and architectural frameworks to maximize the reuse of custom code.
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
Use of scripting tools and Service Now functionality where required.
Act as a support contact for the business
Performs integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration
Assist in maintenance of the ServiceNow platform carrying out platform upgrades, routine maintenance and dealing with incidents
Working within an Agile framework to deliver high quality development to our userbase
Provide training to business and application owners when required
Contribute to strategy of the global ServiceNow strategy
Develops clear and concise technical and process documentation, making use of the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow.
Creates system documentation / playbook(s) and serves as a lead technical reviewer and contributor in design and code reviews.
Support the ServiceNow center of excellence by monitoring standards and governance and promoting update sets through our production stack
Create and maintain reports and dashboards as required.
Performs system and integration testing
Service now implementation experience in ITSM and ITOM modules.
Assists the product team and business owners in finding creative ways to solve business problems and make them more effective.
Works with the product team to refine end-user stories before development begins.
Answers technical and configuration questions.
Coordinates and solves complex technical data and transformation issues.
Customizes ServiceNow configurations, including custom scripts, workflows, and orchestration activities.
Utilizes Performance Analytics to collect historical data and develop trend reporting.
Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
On call rotation flexibility is required.
5+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin / Developer and enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment creating automated workflows, service catalog and service portal items, REST and SOAP integrations, scoped applications and widgets, client scripts, server scripts, and UI policies.
ServiceNow System Administration certification and / or ServiceNow Application Development certification required.
Solid knowledge of how to architect the extension of ServiceNow data structures to create applications is required.
Experience with Integrations of 3rd party tools (web services, REST, email, MID, etc.) is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or related field preferred.
Experience configuring MID Servers is desired.
5+ years working within ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog is a must.. Experience with Service Portal and Customer Service Management areas is desired.
Experience in Agile / Scrum development environments is highly desired.
Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules is desired.
Experience with both ITAM and ITOM Modules is desired.
