Work closely with Regional Material Management teams, Supply Planning and Commodity leads to define material allocations based on operationally and execution criteria.

Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term plans .

Define comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities.

Ensures that business activities are aligned with defined process among different stakeholders.

Sets process metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement.

Develops data-driven analyses to optimize allocations timing and responsiveness.

Responsibilities :

  • Execute allocation process for a specific supplier and commodity
  • Works with stakeholders to provide meaningful and timely information to other functions
  • Manage requests, escalations and exceptions in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Defines the metrics required to measure performance, and compares actual data to forecasted values.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process, and escalates issues as necessary.
  • Makes contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines.

  • Conducts and summarizes complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, including revenue and demand projections, workforce optimization, and channel management.
  • Generate management summaries and reports
  • Education and Experience Required :

    Typically 2-4 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. First level university degree.

    Knowledge and Skills :

  • Mastery in Excel and data management tools . Pivots & Macros a Plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage data requests.
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish .
  • Developing project management skills.
