The Adobe Technology Services (ATS) organization is looking for a highly skilled Communications Designer with the demonstrated ability to elevate and develop engaging graphics and written communications for the executive and board level.
We are looking for someone to help us clearly communicate complex and technical concepts to executive audiences through written and visual storytelling.
Candidates should have proven experience in design (with an emphasis on UI / UX or brand design) and content, as well as a passion for thinking through the lens of our partners and leaders.
This is a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment but one with a lot of room for creative growth. Our ideal candidate is a curious, eloquent, and passionate self-starter who can add clarity to ambiguity through creative storytelling and strategy.
What you'll do
Partner directly with Adobe’s CIO and other ATS leaders to establish a coherent creative strategy and supporting materials that represent ATS’ overall vision and goals
Drive creative, coordinated digital strategies and content via email, newsletters, presentations, video, and web design to amplify the value of ATS initiatives
Use visual storytelling to influence business decisions and create energy around an idea or an initiative
Elevate the ATS brand identity and design cohesive communications templates for presentations and intranet sites
Collaborate with leaders, designers, program managers, developers, product owners, and others across the organization
What you need to succeed
Strong conceptualization and visual communication capabilities
Proven ability to translate insights into designs through a variety of techniques from wireframes to immersive animations
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools along with Office365
Self-directed, energetic, and collaborative workstyle across local and remote teams
Ability to work within both well-defined requirements or with ambiguity and flexibility
Understanding of the digital media landscape and content platforms
History of skilled writing, with corporate or B2B writing a plus
Highly organized and meticulous workstyle
Genuine, mature personality, that encourages and provides constructive feedback
Experience with animation or video production / editing is a big plus
