This position manages the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce application, works with business executives and users for changes to configuration and develops new solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs
The Salesforce Developer is also responsible for creating and maintaining complex workflows, validation rules, triggers and approval processes.
Customizing standard objects and page layouts; creating custom objects, fields and record types. Report and dashboard development;
assisting users with report design and management. Creating training materials and implementing new and existing user-training sessions.
Ensuring data quality and integrity. Regularly managing company-wide imports / exports, performing de-duplications and data clean-up procedures (using DataLoader).
Researching, installing / configuring, and implementing business solutions via AppExchange, in addition to complete end-user training and software documentation.
In this role, you will
Serve as Primary system developer.
Work as L2 support and triage the issues and work with development teams in resolving the requests or incidents.
Coordinate with L1 support teams & Incident management teams.
Work in close collaboration with global teams and regional commercial teams and provide Salesforce administrative support.
Manage Salesforce user setup and security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, queues and groups.
Build custom reports, dashboards as needed.
Responsible for contributing to and being a champion of SFDC best practices.
Help in providing support to SalesForce.com end users.
Work with the development teams to evaluate new releases of Salesforce.
Administer KPI and related reporting for the sales group.
Own the Salesforce change management process.
In this role, you’ll need
Around 5+ year’s proven experience in SFDC administration including utilization of Salesforce platform.
Good exposure on Salesforce Sales & Service cloud modules and functional use cases
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Office 365 / Skype
Experience in implementation, training and documentation preferred
Proven ability to facilitate and measure user adoption.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities.
Knowledge of CI / CD such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Autorabit etc.
Knowledge in Version control tools.
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certifications is a must (Salesforce Admin 201).
