The upcoming Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo in Jalisco, Mexico rests on 3,000 acres of a protected natural reserve on the Pacific Coast of Mexico.

Most of its 155 rooms will boast exceptional panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, enveloped by the surrounding jungle and lush golf course.

The Executive Administrative Assistant will demonstrate the following key characteristics :

  • Ability to communicate clearly and openly creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and team work.
  • Demonstrates superior knowledge of the Executive Office administration.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead in a variety operational situations with guest and house requirements; flexible leadership style.
  • Master Your Craft :

    The Executive Administrative Assistant is directly responsible for providing support and clerical expertise to Executive Office and respond to guest and employee inquiries in a confidential, efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.

    Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years management experience in Executive Office Administration.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to live in a remote location.
  • Excellent English and Spanish (Preferred) language.
  • The ability to perform administrative skills such as typing, copying, scanning, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments and conferences for General Manager and Resort Manager, and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
  • The ability to prepare written correspondence on behalf of General Manager and Resort Manager for approval.
  • The ability to handle communication with Elite Guests and make sure all areas are aware and following up on the program.
  • The ability to coordinate travel arrangements for General Manager and Resort Manager, as well as other people that might require assistance.
  • The ability to maintain the accuracy of the Department Head list that is shared with other Four Seasons properties.
  • The ability to maintain a master list of gift certificates made to guests and charities on behalf of the hotel.
  • The ability to prepare agendas for visits from Corporate or Owners and make sure all their travel arrangements are organized.
  • The ability to attend weekly Planning Committee meetings, take minutes, and distribute accordingly.
  • The ability to follow up on Contact Us email account and re-direct information to the right person / department. Resort Pre-Opening Experience Preferred.
  • The ability to assist with Glitch follow-up to guests on behalf of Executive Office.
  • The ability to complete payroll records for proper signature.
  • You actively participate in Employee Relations activities and programs
  • When dealing with guests and internal customers you live by the Golden Rule.
  • You will use your unique personality and service style fulfilling the Four Seasons Brand and Resort standards creating a special and memorable experience!
