Requirements : + Bachelors / Masters in Management - Marketing / Communications with work experience of 2-6 years+ Prior experience in working in Social Media, Digital Marketing roles, Familiarity with platforms like Sprinklr is an added advantage+ Experience in areas like ORM, Social Listening, Customer care, Advertisements, Content Moderation, Social Media Campaigns, Google Analytics etc.
