Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Program Coordinators that assists our internal engineering, program management and leadership teams responsible for coordinating high volume, time sensitive, and critical project functions across the value chain.
Target customers are global in nature; thus, the role includes exposure to international sales and operations’ team members.
Lead a team of program coordinators that provide the following services : Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities, including pre-sale and post-sale activities and milestones.
Ensure implementation of policies and practices. Monitor customer standards, ensure local pricing and equipment, customer approvals and purchase orders.
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties Keep all members of the team up to date with relevant project information Communicate with different team members including designers, engineers and global resources to ensure maximum efficiency Schedule and organize meetings / events and maintain agenda but also provides progress updates to the team and to customer (using internal and external databases) Prepare paperwork and order material Keep updated records, submit and create reports or proposals Ship equipment if needed (globally and domestically) Track / resolve all post-installation problems
Provide our internal and external teams with support on high complex projects.
Provide support with internal project review processes.
Provide technical guidance and development to new hires and team members.
Provide career, technical, and motivational guidance to a sales coordination team.
Coordinate with internal management and clients in order to control quality, communication, and efficiency throughout your team.
Ensuring contractual and corporate compliance of work performed.
Identifying new opportunities for contract revenue growth.
Leading work teams in a continuous improvement environment with quality tools, behaviors and practices.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Already started or some studies in a technical or business area
3+ years previous experience in program / project / sales coordination experience required
Ability to effectively interact with internal organization and customer representatives.
Possess high level of computer literacy.
Proficiency in MS Office : Excel, Power Point and Excel.
Proven team leader capabilities and supervision experience in dealing with large integrated projects.
Ability to motivate, lead and influence team members and perform multiple assignments and responsibilities.
Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Effective and professional communication skills (oral and written)
Advanced business level in English (B2+)
Previous experience with performance evaluations, and leadership of groups
Previous experience with electrical security or electrical installations
Proficiency in Smartsheet and SalesForce CRM
Knowledge in Security systems (Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Video Surveillance)
Knowledge in HVAC Systems (Heating, Cooling, Air Handling, and Controls)
