As a member of the Adobe Acrobat growth squad, you will uncover data-based insights to acquire and engage free Acrobat users while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will creatively study data and metrics, so we can build and streamline end-to-end customer experiences from discovery to trial of Acrobat tools and services, resulting in increased conversion to premium offerings.

This is an integral role within the Acrobat growth squad. As new tests and initiatives are identified, we will work cross-functionally with GTM Managers, Global T&O and Growth Teams, Dev / QA and web analytics to drive test instrumentation and deliver results.

You will pull data, provide insights and share findings with key internal partners to help measure success.

We are looking for someone who can combine the art and science of analytics and insights to paint a data-driven picture of today’s business and tomorrow’s opportunities.

The ideal candidate excels at establishing relationships and credibility across diverse groups, is a self-starter with strong initiative, excels at verbal and written communications and is a strong member within cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Use insights and data to identify product opportunities and hypotheses to acquire and engage new customers
  • Build and implement A / B testing frameworks including test design and implementation plans
  • Work with cross functional partners to prioritize and implement the work
  • Partner with other growth squad members and global / regional counterparts to improve project execution and align technical execution of projects to business outcomes
  • Provide insights back to GTM, regional, and Product teams that result in improved customer trial and purchase experiences
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks that draw from customer feedback, analytics, heuristics, and usability, to analyze customer behavior and provide insights to the business.
  • What You Need to Succeed

  • BS / BA with 5+ years’ experience in one or more of the following : analytics, conversion rate optimization, ecommerce, software, high tech.
  • Proven analytical skills, and excellent skills in Excel / PowerPoint as well as Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Comfortable presenting insights and findings to a broad range of team members and regional partners. Ability to tell data driven stories in a clear and concise narrative.
  • Excellent understanding of website architecture and hands on experience with key testing, optimization and UX tools.
  • Attention to detail in planning and execution while seeing the big picture and understanding how the pieces fit together and affect one another.
  • Ability to anticipate how a decision made can impact other countries and projects connecting the dots.
  • Exceptional people and communication skills, ability to work well with colleagues in cross-functional situations, and proven ability to influence others.
  • Ability to project confidence in fronts of peers and executives. Collaborative work style and great teammate.
  • Customer-first orientation, with global experience working with Knowledge Worker and SMB customer segments.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, matrixed environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Spanish / Portuguese language proficiency a plus.
