Contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of GTS processes to support Shared Services Organization functions in a highly complex global environment.
Participates in the business process design and delivery of solutions that support the vision and strategy of the GTS and the company’s strategic business plans.
Analyzes business process trends, assesses the impact of emerging processes and technology enablers on current processes and proposes solutions that drive performance of GTS teams.
Manages line level resources and other third-party relationships while ensuring the delivery of high-quality processes for GTS internal and external customers.
Fosters an environment of collaboration in pursuit of common GTS and business goals. Inspires, motivates and guides others.

Participate in short and long-term planning sessions with the GTS senior management to implement process improvements in the assigned functional area.
Collaborate with business partners and GTS senior management in order to provide business solutions to meet user needs.
Promotes an understanding of GTS roles, processes and activities to the business partners.
Manages the development and implementation of integrated initiatives to support the business and GTS strategy.
Interacting with internal and external GTS customers to deliver a high standard of customer service.
Manages payments from multiple ERP systems (Lawson and SAP).
Report on KPIs to Management.
Accounts Payable month end accruals.
Monthly sub-ledger closing activities.
Manages staff directly responsible for day-to-day activities including, but not limited to, transaction processing, error resolution, payment cycles using multiple AP systems.
Develops and manages key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement and staff performance.
Manages third party relationships to maximize value to the business.
Contributes to subject matter expertise and influence on the development of standards and changes to systems / applications / processes to support those standards.
Supports internal and external audit needs.
Manages the development and delivery of training for internal and external users to ensure productive use of existing and new systems.
Ensures adherence to applications security procedures, change control guidelines and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance required.
5 years supervisory experience.
SAP & Lawson Experience highly preferred.
Accounting background including Accounts Payable.
Staff management experience including both non-exempt and exempt level employees.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large, cross-functional teams and influencing management and key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to implement one or more business project(s) on time and within budget.
Demonstrated experience with Global Business Processes.
Shared Services experience in a managerial role.
Proficient in Spanish and English.
