The Opportunity

This position plays a key role in our Connect team! We provide an Enterprise support service to our Connect Hosted and Managed Services customers.

We are hiring an information security analyst to work in our growing operations team. You will lead our computer networks for security issues, install security software, and detail any security issues or breaches you find.

You will also assist with the approval and maintenance of various security certifications. Other responsibilities include :

  • Review security and cybersecurity incidents!
  • Liaison to other security teams inside Adobe (new requirements for compliance and other security posture).
  • Liaison to Connect Engineering, Adobe security, and external auditors for monthly and annual pen test and remediation plans (convert pen test findings and company requirements into concrete items with appropriate priority).
  • Liaison to Operations (provide mentorship on SSL, cipher, third-party software implementations).
  • Responsible for assessing PSIRT ticket and various automated Hubble compliance tickets.
  • Work with appropriate team on the Connect security package.
  • Assist in answering security concerns in RFP or for existing customers.
  • Participate in FedRamp SSP update and annual audit.
  • Assist in preparation of SCRs for FedRamp certification process.
  • Assist in architecture / implementation of FedRamp environment.
  • Counsel on patch management implementation and monthly patch-level approvals.
  • Assist in improving monitoring and security related alerts.
  • Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
  • What's needed to succeed :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or in another applicable field.
  • Experience in information security or related field.
  • Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
  • Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
  • Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.
  • Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis experience
  • Previous experience with cloud hosting providers, including AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of New Relic, Splunk, and / or similar monitoring tools.
  • Ability to adapt to change and excel in high-stress situations.
  • Training provided

    Initially, you’ll be shadowing current Connect engineers to better understand the product and the next steps that are required to get up to speed.

    This role would suit someone who is currently a Security Analyst working with another product or company, who is familiar with cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
