Installs, supports, monitors, tests, maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, computer peripherals and problems pertaining to LAN.
Installs and configures PC workstations and laptops.Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the organization’s needs.
Assists all personnel with presentation / conference equipment and programs.Installs, configures, and troubleshoots network printing.
Works as primary contact with vendors and contractors to support and administer information systems.Maintenance of directory structures, rights, security, software, and files services.
