A Partner Technical Advisor (PTA) is a service delivery focused subject matter expert. They are responsible for incident metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (quality of the support experience), frontline engineer technical readiness and process compliance.
They provide in-depth technical and subject matter expertise for one or more services or scenarios. Their primary accountability is to the engineers at a support vendor (also known as a supplier or delivery partner), focusing on the higher volume services and engaging through technical and subject matter expert mentorship, readiness and escalation management.
They are expected to contribute to technical expertise and issue resolution globally.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
o General Windows Operating system core features and troubleshooting
o Windows Server 2008 (R2), Windows Server 2012(R2), Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019.
o Printing service.
o Start menu and Shell concepts.
o Knowledge of RDS on Azure preferred.
o Advanced architectural knowledge and experience working on Windows Terminal Services / Remote desktop Services infrastructure.
o Working knowledge of Active Directory infrastructure.
o Virtualization and Hype-V technologies, TCP / IP networks, or storage and disk performance.
o DNS, DHCP or DFSN : Understanding of DNS implementations and troubleshooting.
o Advanced knowledge of Windows Management Instrumentation architecture, WinRM and PowerShell.
o Hands on experience and advanced knowledge using tools and analyzing data collected using the below :
